Stanica Východ is a project by La Vie Sur Terre in partnership with Slovakia’s Euforion to address the physical and social divide between Roma and non-Roma people in and around the Stará Tehelňa ghetto, Eastern Slovakia.
It leads up to a grand concert, on 14 September 2007, held within the walls of the ghetto, featuring professional and non-professional performers, plus hundreds of children from local schools, coordinated by musical director Merlijn Twaalfhoven.
